The Information We Collect

PapayaMobile (Papaya in the following) collects personal information when you register for a Papaya service or otherwise voluntarily provide such information. We may combine personal information collected from you with information from other Papaya services or third parties to provide a better user experience, including customizing content for you. Papaya's servers automatically record information when you visit our website or use some of our products, including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request. Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on Papaya is a violation of the Papaya Terms of Service and should be reported to privacy@papayamobile.com.

About Children Under Age 13

Papaya's services are for adults only. Papaya does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for Papaya or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on Papaya. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
